Brian Conlan


Brian Conlan joined the team at FedHall after spending 14 years in the U.S. Congress working as a senior Democratic staffer, serving as Deputy Legislative Director and Senior Economic Policy Advisor in the Senate. In those roles he covered a broad range of economic issues, including: corporate governance, capital markets, bank prudential regulation, international trade, insurance regulation, housing finance, and the taxation of corporations and capital gains. Over the course of his career he worked to successfully reform beneficial ownership rules, tailor various financial regulations for small businesses, develop innovative housing finance programs, and improve the alignment of corporate executives with their long-term shareholders.

Mr. Conlan received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
