Evie Perkins supports FedHall’s partners and clients by conducting analysis of legislative and regulatory developments, monitoring congressional hearings, and tracking emerging policy trends shaping the financial services landscape. She also oversees FedHall’s internship program and manages day-to-day administrative operations.

Prior to joining FedHall, Perkins gained diverse experience across legislative, campaign, and constituent service roles in both federal and local government. Most recently, Perkins served as a Constituent Relations Intern in the Office of Chicago Alderman Bill Conway, where she supported daily community engagement operations, prepared materials for ward events, and assisted in responding to constituent inquiries on local services and initiatives.

Perkins also worked on the Eileen O’Neill Burke Campaign for Cook County State’s Attorney, where she conducted research on community organizations, contributed to internal campaign strategy materials, and supported staff in developing proposals to strengthen the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Perkins began her career as a Legislative Intern in the Office of Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), where she researched policy issues, drafted constituent correspondence, and assisted staff with legislative memoranda and research projects.

Perkins graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
